"I've only been a client for a few weeks, but the experience has been very useful in that I can get feedback on my experience during times that are convenient for me while I'm very busy doing the rest of my life. I'm on the plan that doesn't have talk therapy and I think I will upgrade to that when I have more time. As a writer, I think there are benefits to having a written record of the process as well. I was able to express all of my answers as written responses to start, which is a great option for me. Overall, this has been a good experience and I'm certain I will continue.
